Chris attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law, receiving recognition for his exemplary legal drafting skills and his involvement in the mediation clinic. Chris has been with NPWC since 2016. Practicing construction law, exclusively, Chris quickly gained substantial litigation and arbitration experience representing contractors, subcontractors and owners. He has also become the firm’s primary attorney for appellate-related matters.
In 2023, Chris earned the distinction of Board Certification by the Florida Bar in Construction Law. According to the Florida Bar, “Board certification recognizes attorneys’ special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism and ethics in practice. Established in 1982 by the Florida Supreme Court, board certification helps consumers identify specialists in various areas of law.” In addition to Board Certification in Construction Law, Chris is a member of the Florida Bar’s Construction Law Committee.
As part of the firm’s statewide practice, Chris has represented clients from the western-most reaches of the panhandle to the Florida Keys, and many places in between. Chris has found it to be a privilege to represent contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, owners, associations, and sureties in all the construction-related legal contexts that arise in Florida.
