Leslie Barszczak joined Niesen Price Worthy Campo in 2025. After graduating from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2010, Leslie moved back to her hometown of Pensacola, Florida, where she began her legal career as an assistant public defender. In that role, she tried numerous jury and non-jury cases, from which Leslie gained invaluable trial advocacy skills, which have been the foundation for her career as a civil litigator.
Since 2019, Leslie has concentrated her practice in construction law, providing counsel and representation to owners, developers, contractors and subcontractors through all stages of construction contract formation, negotiation and litigation. She has served as lead counsel in more than a dozen trials and arbitration proceedings involving construction defect claims, breaches of contract, property damage and real estate matters. As a seasoned trial attorney with a proven track record of successful outcomes, Leslie uses her attention to detail, knowledge, and tenacity to advocate vigorously and effectively for her clients. In addition to her litigation practice, Leslie also provides strategic legal counsel by reviewing and revising existing construction contracts, drafting new agreements, and assisting clients with compliance regarding state licensing requirements and building codes. Her proactive approach focuses on identifying and mitigating potential legal risks before disputes arise, with a goal of saving clients time and resources by avoiding unnecessary litigation.
