After spending 24 years helping contractors, subcontractors, owners and design professionals avoid litigation, and working through it when avoidance was not possible, Don boxed up his scales of justice and is paddleboarding off into the sunset.  His dedication, legal acumen and sound advice will be missed by many clients.  But, rest assured, the remaining attorneys at NPWC share those same values and qualities as Don, and are committed to carrying on his legacy.
